Found exactly what we wanted with the help of store assistant and delivery is next week! Although we did pay more than expected!

I had looked else where but dreams had what I wanted and could deliver quickly and the price was within my budget.

Vicky was bright and friendly. She had a total knowledge of the products available and was quick to accommodate our needs and budget. We took out finance and everything was explained clearly and effectively. We were particularly impressed by the 40 day trial period, just incase our selection turned out not to be the best for us. Also we were delighted about your recycling policy.

We was given a certain amount of time to look at products which is nice as we don't like being pounced on as soon as you touch something. Then when we did need help Gemma was there and very friendly and helpful. She showed us how the sofa bed worked and nothing was to much trouble for her.

Very professional, friendly and polite service. The assistant manager was very knowledgeable and helpful.

We were given all the assistance we needed but nobody was pushy with the sale.

From the moment we entered the staff were courteous and helpful, even my mother in law, who is 87 was given somewhere to sit and a cup of tea. All our questions were answered courteously, as though they wanted to help and not that they had to. All round a very pleasent experience with plenty of choice. We will certainly come back again. I went in with a picture from your online page and the assistant found us a bed almost immediately like the one we had shown her and the mattress was perfect as I explained I was disabled so needed a mrs - firm mattress and the first one we tried out we brought wonderful customer service and my son was as were we of the hot drinks offered as it was snowing outside
