I went in with a picture from your online page and the assistant found us a bed almost immediately like the one we had shown her and the mattress was perfect as I explained I was disabled so needed a mrs - firm mattress and the first one we tried out we brought wonderful customer service and my son was as were we of the hot drinks offered as it was snowing outside

Female (sent from Kings Lynn store to Cambridge store) was very friendly and helpful. I felt no pressure to order and was allowed to take my time. She was a real assert to the Company

Helpful staff member, not pushy, ease of purchase

I decided to spend the day looking for mattresses for myself and my son. I had been to numerous stores in Cambridge . When I went into the dreams store I was approached in the most friendly manner by Gemma. She spent a good time with me finding out what I was looking for and going over firmness price and also took into account I have a sleep disorder. Her friendly approach with not a drop of cold selling made me trust her , we looked at a selection of different mattresses, I was going to go away and decide on where to buy , but I didn’t I knew I was making the right choice , the service was perfect and Gemma then went through purchasing options managed to get delivery on the day that I need it and we went through the credit check and I placed my order. I can’t wait to get my new bed . Also the pillows she recommended have completely helped my sleeping . Thankyou Gemma and thankyou dreams

After testing a fair amount of mattresses an assistant Gemma came over and was very helpful. I was then approached by Gemma (Manager) after looking for a bed base and she helped me every step of the way, she was amazing.

Gemma and Emma at the Cambridge branch were exceedingly helpful from entry into the store to completion of the transaction. Clearly explaining what type of beds to look for in the store after explaining our needs to them. The personal touch really helped us decide on our final choice and ended up with us taking away far more than we expected to in first walking in. Thank you guys, it was a pleasure.

The staffs in Cambridge office are very polite and friendly, they welcomed us very well and they introduced us to varieties of furniture's which helps us in deciding what to go for. Ross and his manager are quite helpful and they listen carefully to understand what we wanted. Superb!!
