Dreams - Cambridge

We were greeted by Jackie on arrival and offered a coffee. We told her our budget and we tried out quite a few mattresses. To be honest we stay in a lot of hotels and if we sleep well we note the mattresses manufacturer. Hypnos has been our favourite for a while so when Jackie pointed the display model out and we tried it we knew it was the one for us. The ordering process was easy and we were thrilled we'd only have to wait a week for the delivery.

The service I received was knowlegable, effecient, fast and cheerfull. I have spend over half my life in retail and have even sold beds before and despite that I was satisfied and impressed.

Staff friendly and helpful and gave good advice as they had great product knowledge.

We were helped with the different types of temper matteress to enable us to choose the best for our needs.

I was understood and shown the products I was interested in. The service was warm, friendly and efficient. The options were clearly explained. I had to wait some time for my item to be deliver so this was not preferable. I went back in to pay the remaining balance and felt recognised and welcomed as a customer.

Vast selection of beds on display, all clearly labelled with specification and price. Sales assistant very helpful & friendly; willing to help us in making our decisions. We were particularly impressed with the colour coding used to identify the different types of mattress.

Ross was very helpful and provide a great deal of assistance is helping us make a decision on which mattress to buy. He was also very good at deal with another customer in parallel whilst we tried other mattresses. He was very good indeed.

The mattress we wanted happened to be just inside the door! The staff contacted us immediately and every thing went smoothly from then on.

Vicky served us in the Cambridge store and was very helpful making suggestions and showing us alternatives. Very friendly and competent everything you want when your not sure what you want.
