The assistant was very helpful, efficient and informative. She didn't waste our time explaining unnecessary information. We were pleasantly surprised by the offer of a quick delivery date. We had researched other web sites for 3 foot wide single beds and had found difficulty with this size but Dreams did stock them. There was a good variety to chose from. The delivery information was very good and kept us informed throughout the process. Overall very good service and we have already recommended Dreams to another family member looking for a double bed.

The understanding of our requirements and the knowledge of the products sold was outstanding from the assistant who attended to us. This was at the Cambridge store and the assistant was Emma.

The store manager who helped me was so kind and knowledgeable,(I have a bad back) and helped me to sort out exactly what I needed and could afford.

I was highly satisfied by my experience at the Cambridge store; I knew roughly what I needed and the assistant was very quick to understand my needs (budget, style, likely use of the bed & mattress being purchased) and provided me with a good understanding of the different types on offer, and the benefits of each type - having made my selection the assistant provided help in choosing the material and colouring (as I'm partially colour blind) to best complement the colour scheme of my property; it was then a quick and easy payment process and scheduling of the delivery. Bravo Dreams Cambridge !!

On entering the store we were not approached by over enthusiastic sales people, Moving further into the store we were asked if any assistance was needed. On receiving a negative answer the assistant left us to peruse the store on our own, but were immediately served when asking for assistance. Gemma served us with a friendly, polite but very full knowledge of the product she was selling. She explained very fully the paperwork involved and what was going to happen with regard to the delivery of the mattress. Some light hearted banter took place with all the assistants which help to dissipate any anxiety we may have felt in spending, what was to us, a lot of money. My husband and I can only thank Gemma for her kindness and efficiency

Helpfulness and knowledge of Vicky who looked after us. Friendliness of other staff. The use of proper pillows rather rhan cushions. The cups of Earl Gray tea and cappuccino we were given.

I don't like over attentive staff and, on each visit, everyone that I spoke to quickly understood my needs and left me alone but were available if needed.
