Excellent assessment, support and guidance from Tony (who was assisting in the Cambridge store from his home store of Chingford).

Friendly staff, Varied price range, buying process was quick. No one minded my 3 kids roaming around the store and laying on beds

We went into the store with no knowledge of mattresses and the assistant provided us with all the information and tips we needed to make the best purchase we could. On top of that we got a fantastic deal. Even without the salesperson the store was laid out in such a manner that we could find the style of mattress for us easily.

the staff were excellent,they gave us a bit time to have a look,gemma came over and we then sat down,gemma offered us tea or coffee,then we discussed about buying 2 wardrobes.gemma explained all the details.Very satisfied.

We dealt with two salespersons, an initial visit and a subsequent one when we purchased the bed. On each occasion we were treated with great courtesy and patience. I would like to commend both Vicky and Ross for their great attitude and professionalism.

We found the shop to be clean and warm, with friendly staff who let us look without disturbing us. But when we needed help they were on hand to offer assistance and advice. and after going to other shops we decided to come back to dreams and buy one from you. Ross our assistant was friendly and helpful offering a cup of coffee while we made the final decision to buy.

On my first visit, I was helped by someone new to the organisation (Alistair) -he was very helpful,friendly and polite. He had a notebook, which he had to refer to once or twice (as that had his notes in of what was what -very sensible if you've only just started a job). Im not sure if notebooks are recommended by you for new members of staff, but the fact that he had done this, I thought, was showing real care in his job. I went back the following week to check what I wanted and to place my order. I went back to Alistair and he remembered me and showed me the items I had seen the week before (the shop had been turned around). He placed my order and if he wasn't sure about anything, he checked with someone else first - he was very diligent and again very helpful. I wanted him to place the order as I know they are on commission and he totally deserved to get it in my opinion. If there is a prize for employee of the week, I would say that he deserves to be in the running, despite being new.

Very polite and informative salesman helped us choice the mattress we were looking for although he did not know about fibromyalgia that my partner has but listened to what her issues were and helped with choicing a suitable mattress
