Really good customer service

The assistant was professional the whole time, he was considerate, helpful & very aware of my mobility issues. There was no pressure to buy any particular product & I felt very well looked after.

Edward was so helpful and at no time did I feel pressured to buy W He gave us coffees and explain everything so clearly and let us try as many beds out as we wanted he was very friendly and it may buying our bed and mattress a pleasant and enjoyable time and we were very surprised At the value for money on our orders

From the start to finish the whole shopping experience was pleasant and efficient. The staff member Edward was very approachable and helpful.

Assistant was very helpful. Patient whilst we looked at all the options. He was efficient at doing the order, and no hint of complaint that we were going past the store closing time given we were buying three beds.

Ross was very knowledgeable about the products and eas able to explain all the differences and plusses and cons of the various products. There was no "hard sell" only sound advice. He was very polite and personable.

We only went in to look but came out with a bed base headboard and mattress we were treated really well and given excellent service and information could not fault the store and staff at all

Nick was welcoming when we arrived at the store and set up the machine. Edward took over as Nick went to serve a customer. He listened to what we wanted (including a request not to be shown the high end options out of our budget). We were not planning to buy that day as we had our 2 boys with us, however Edward took me serious when I said our (autistic) son likes facts and patiently answered all his questions and looked up sleep/mattress facts for him whilst we tried out the mattresses. We were offered drinks, including the boys who were excited as it does not usually happen in a shop. This meant that we had the space to consider our options and it is only because of his patience and kindness that we ordered the same day. Normally we feel frazzled after leaving a shop with the boys having only been able to half focus on things but we were relaxed and confident in our purchase. There was no sales pressure and the order was put through swiftly and efficiently. I would highly recommend Dreams and we are grateful for the service we received and the boys would like to return as they found it so fun.

We are highly satisfied due to the assistance of Matthew at the Cambridge store he took the time to show me the mattress that I needed and explained that the one I choose was ok for my back
