Gave great advice with regards to finding our most suited mattress.

We were extremely surprised with the professionalism, speed, knowledge and people skills of the sale assistant called Matt. He was spot on and kept the balance between making the sale and also giving us space, knowledge and time to decide. In addition, we had our 17 month old boy with us who was making the situation a bit more complicated but Matt (and the entire staff in the shop) were superb and cool about it. Would definitely go back and recommend to anyone!

Matthew was very helpful, friendly and professional. He really took time to explain our options, offered us the digital analysis and was unobtrusive but there when we needed. We partly bought the bed here just because of the level of his service.

Our sales assistant Emma was warm and welcoming from the moment we stepped foot in the shop. This is the first time we’ve ever bought a mattress having only just purchased our first house so we didn’t really know what we were looking for. She took time to explain everything we needed and made us feel at ease. We had seen a mattress similar in a previous shop for less money but Emma’s service made us want to buy from Dreams.

Luca is a credit to the Cambridge store. We were introduced immediately to the Sleep Match machine and spent a few minutes understanding how we sleep. We then tried a couple of the suggested matches. Luca managed to combine leaving us to test each product with being right there as soon as we had a question. He understood every one of our questions or wants for something slightly different and narrowed us down to a shortlist of mattresses quickly, but with no rush. He was able to articulate the merits of each product in relation to our specific needs. We felt supported with our decision but not that it had been made for us. We both agreed afterwards that buying a mattress is a socially awkward situation but we had never been more comfortable doing it.

Matt at Cambridge branch was spot on and helped me find the right mattress. He was friendly,knowledgeable and very easy to deal with.

We were assisted by Luca. He was very knowledgeable and helped us figure out what we needed/wanted when we came in with little idea of what we wanted. Once we had decided on beds and mattresses we said we’d like to look elsewhere for comparison, Luca was great, we didn’t feel pressured to buy and we weren’t made to feel like we’d wasted his time. Our experience in another store was very different and we were soon back to place our order. The offers available were great and the advice we received was good too, all with a very nice Latte. Thank you. Luca made a trip to buy 2 beds with 3 children in tow easy and productive.
