Was in and out in less than 30 minutes, got what we wanted and was on our way home - perfect

We were approached by your assistant, Gemma, almost as soon as we arrived in the store. We had researched our requirements so had specific requests. Gemma knew exactly what products we were enquiring about, took us straight to them, explained the products, gave us coffee, took our order and chatted in a very friendly manner. All very quick and efficient. What more could we ask for. Let's hope the product matches her service!

Kind staff and very knowledgeable. We were offered tea and coffee and shown exactly what to try and in which order. We were told how the mattresses were made and the difference between different make. Very impressed.

The assistant was very knowledgeable and seemed to know what I was looking for almost before I had finally decided for myself, very helpful and informative, I was very happy with the shopping experience.

We were just looking and was left alone enough to do this at first then when we needed assistance we were given it and he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and we didn't feel pressured.

The sales staff in store were very professional and helpful. We purchased a new mattress and pillows and the staff we also able to source a topper mattress for our daughter from an other store. All very easy for us. Good customer service, which all too often does not exist these days
