Vicky was very helpful and explained clearly the products. She recognised I needed extra support to understand and talked me through everything.

Victor and Vicky were courteous, friendly and helpful and made my shopping experience at Dreams very pleasant.

I've been in the shop (no online order then) and the shop assistant was very kind, helpful with details about products, with suggestions after listening my need and patience. I have paid immediately, but collected my mattrass the day after, as per my request: couldn't ask more! Moreover the price was less then expected!

Shop assistant was very helpful and polite. Nothing was too much trouble and she didn't rush us. Provided a pillow and a drink.

Sales assistant and manager of her were both very kind. Vicky asked us to drink. She explain everything what we asked. She was lovely. At the end I bought beds and insurances also.

We were appraoched by a freindly member of staff(Vicky), once we explained what we were looking for she gave us the information and left to to look around without any pressure, stating she was there if we had any questions. We took our time looking around and trying different beds/mattresses and then narrowed it down to two, of which Vicky gave us her advise. I can honestly say it was a pleasure going in to the store, I never felt pressured once and comfortably walked round making our choice. All credit to your staff.

Emma and Vicky were both incredibly friendly and extremely knowledgeable. We purchased from here rather than John Lewis or Bensons almost solely down to the service we received.

Staff were excellent, attentive and very friendly. Was offered a coffee while we sat down to place our order, this was a very nice touch! The order was very quick!

There were three members of staff involved in my purchase. A young lad on his first day, a young man who was really supportive of the trainee and a woman at the till. I bought the mattress despite it being more expensive than I hoped to pay mainly because your staff in the Cambridge branch were so friendly helpful and kind. The shop had a really good vibe and I found it uplifting to see people working together so well and taking pride in their work. Thanks.
