Colleague recognised as soon as I entered the store that I was not looking forward to the task of buying mattresses and completely transformed the experience with a knowledgeable and professional approach to find out my needs and make selection easy.

Unfortunately you hadn´t the product we were looking for exactly but Vicky tried to find a solution which fits to us. And at the end we had a solution we are very happy about now!!

The staff are truly amazing. Although they seemed to be very busy while I was there, they ensured that every single customer in the store was being looked after in a very professional manner. The store and toilet were spotless, and there was a nice variety of beds to choose from.

Great friendly service from someone who understood very quickly what we were looking for and did not try to oversell us something more expenseive that we did not want.
