The assistant was knowledgable and had a friendly manner. She took her time to ensure we were making the correct choices and was not afraid to advise against certain products that we may have bought but would not have met our needs.

Tim was very helpful, taking the time to listen to my needs, provide me with guidance to make my decision whilst he dealt with other customers. I was pretty stressed when entering the store, but left feeling much more positive. He had a very friendly manner, offered me refreshments and was talking about my town with me when placing the order.
