Staff were brilliant, 1000% better than Bensons who used 2 years ago hence nowback at Dreams

Vicky (Cambridge store) the store advisor was spot on with everything we would expect from a retail employee, she greeted us without feeling that we were straight away under pressure, Vicky gave us advice & guidance around the style of mattress (Only wanted a mattress) plenty of time to try and relax with each mattress we tried pointing out the features and benefits of each. Vicky even phoned the Braintree store (Where we have bought a great number of beds & mattress) to find out what we currently have. (bought the last one in April 2016, which we cant get on with so wanted to replace it) over all she made it a very pleasant experience. I hope some one passes on our thanks to her.

My wife and I were made to feel very welcome and were impressed with the knowledge and attitude of the staff

My husband and myself were made to feel comfortable during our visit and while the woman came across as experienced she wasn't pushy as you sometimes get with some assistants,also she offered us some refreshment while she was proscesing our order. Which we thought was a nice gesture we are in the proscess of decorating our bedroom and when finished will be coming back for a mattress in the near future. Thank you vickie

We were given great help by Vicky in the Cambridge store, she gave us good information and helped us make the correct choice for us without any pressure.

The way in which the assistant fully understood our requirements and the knowledge he displayed in meeting our exact requirements, furthermore the no pressure way he conducted our experience. We were treated with respect no pressure and allowed to spend the time we needed to make our choice.

All the team at this Dreams could dent do enough to help so I will be going back next time I need a new bed.

The lady who served us was so helpful. At the same time she left us to look at and try the beds out without pressuring us.

The staff where really nice, we had help from two lovely ladies and they recommended the correct mattress for us.
