Very welcome. Lots of help and information. Vicky made us feel very comfortable and listened to our request. We are very happy with our choice. Coffee delicious and very welcome. Great to try out the beds and use of pillow was a bonus.

The sales team were helpful without being overwhelming. They asked if we needed help and allowed us to browse without being pestered when we declined help. When we needed assistance the staff were immediately available and helped to meet our needs without pushing further products or services. They were friendly and helpful when they were needed.

We found Tim from the Cambridge store very helpful and knowledgeable, which helped us pick the right mattress for us.

Very easy to spend our money, and isn't that what you want? Looked the website and used the guide to decide what mattress might suit us. We are highly unsatisfied with our current mattress (bought elsewhere). In store it was very easy to locate the mattress we had in mind once we arrived. Tried said bed and others similar (easy to do as they were labelled accrodinng to comfort and colour coded). Also easy to compare sizes. Models on display within close promixinity to each other also had contrasting divans so were easy to compare. The headboards were also easy to locate to confirm our choice we made when looking online. Help desk was clear when we were ready to purchase and nobody was lushly. You have our money and we have a bed. That's as complicated as this needs to be. TL;DR I wanted a bed so I walked into the shop and lay on a few. I found one I could sleep on and bought it within minutes. Job done.

Was allowed to try different mattresses and took advice from Vicky which was very informative and useful. Was also aloud time to talk things through with partner without feeling pressured into making a rash decision. Was also given variety of pillows to try to help make the correct purchase. Vicky also then make us feel welcome by making us hot drink whilst discussing all the possible financial options. Very pleasant visit made better by your staff members.

Sally and other lady who were helping me, are really friendly persons. I've been asked how much I want to spend, how urgent is it, they were happy to show me different products and gave me a lot of time when I could decide what to chose. I highly recommend this place!

The store employee who helped us was very friendly and took time to explain the colour coding and gave advice regarding what was suitable for our requirements.

The service we received was speedy and Tim was very kind and helpful.

The store is easy to get to, the staff were very warm and welcoming, nothing was to much trouble for them as my friend is a disabled woman, they were patient with her and understood her needs completely
