Gemma at the Cambridge store was welcoming helpful knowledgable confident and friendly all the things that count highly for me and as I worked in customer service I recognise when it is especially good as it was in this case I couldn't have been more happy with the attitude of her and all other staff that I met that day also the manager Emma was very helpful on the phone I would rate my experience 10 out of 10 and wud say that Gemma is a credit to your team and it was a pleasure to deal with her

I was in and out within 20 minutes, thanks to the broad knowledge of the sales agent and range and availability of product. I had shopped around and this was, by far, the best bed-buying experience I've had in Cambridge. You could say it has been a 'dream' experience (boom!). I have previously bought beds from Dreams and will do so again. In my opinion, it is the standout option.

Sally was extremely helpful, she found the perfect mattress after asking what we were looking for. When the bed base we originally chose was not available in the size/storage combination we wanted she found another similar base which met all of our specifications. We had visited Bensons the week before and been told the sprung/cool foam combination we wanted did not exist!

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They were very informative about their products. I got exactly what I was looking for. Will definitely go back when I get a new bed for myself.

You had exactly what I wanted for the right price with free delivery!(Benson's charge £50.00). The staff greeted us cheerfully as we entered the store and offered us refreshments. They were on hand to assist at all times without being pushy. Our order was placed quickly and efficiently. Thank you.

The lady Gemma who served us was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Making our whole experience smooth and we feel like we have brought the right mattress.

Great assistance and range

We had help with choosing the right mattress as my husband suffers with his back. We felt really relaxed about trying them out to make sure we found the right one.
