Friendly and knowledgable staff (Sally, Beehive Centre, Cambridge Store) who aslo didn't bat an eyelid at our two young children ruing aroud.

Mostly the price and the bed frame looks lovely although will see when it's delivered.Plus because you provide services to assemble I think it's crest cause that's taken out my worry and stress.

VICKY Was very knowledgeable, and unstop what I needed right away she showed me several mattress that fitted my criteria. She was friendly but also professional. This is the second time I have bought from dreams, and it wont be the last.

I had a great experience buying my new bed from Dreams. Gemma was very friendly and approachable, offering us coffees when we entered the shop. She asked us if we needed any advice and was very knowledgeable about the products, explaining that any mattress could be put with any base and the differences between the products. We were also offered a choice of soft or firm pillows to use when trying the mattresses in the shop. I made three visits to the shop before finally deciding on my bed and had a brilliant experience each time!

Victor has the good sense to read his customer and know that whatever Sales training he had received from Dreams, it would be of no use to him on this occasion. Less was definitely more; he answered all the questions that were asked of him and avoided the 'sales patter'. Offered drinks whilst we concluded the sale and allowed us on our way speedily. Would recommend.

The assistant Gemma was very knowledgeable about the products we were interested in.

Primarily because of the sales staff, Victor in particular understood that I had some specific demands. He found the correct item that I was after.

We were helped by Gemma today. It's been ages since we've purchased a new mattress and it's quite daunting with all the types/choices. Gemma helped direct us towards what she felt would be best for our needs (one of us with a bad back). She demonstrated endless patience and knowledge explaining the difference between the options, plus our trying out the mattresses, again and again - just to be sure. We were very happy with the knowledge that we could replace if the mattress ended up not being as we'd imagined after a 40 day trial - this is crucial when making this sort of purchase. The overall experience, albeit a bit daunting when we walked through the doors, ended up lots of fun, and we left happy with recommendations and the advice we'd been given - and therefore ultimately our purchase of a new bed (and pillows :)) The 'Mush' Couple :)
