Tim was fantastic. He was able to advise me honestly and guaranty I got the best deal possible. He understood my circumstances that it was my birthday present and that I really needed something fit for purpose. He couldn't have done a better job. I had previously went to Benson for beds in Cambridge and walked out as no on even offered to help me and the staff all went out the back. When I walked into Dreams I was offered help straight away with purchasing a single bed mattress. I was only looking and was only walking past on my way to purchase a mattress from Next at the Beehive centre but I was so impressed with the help, quality, price and also delivery options and short delivery time that I purchased straight away. Gemma was very friendly and helpful and did keep offering me a drink but I wasn't planning on staying long. Quick Efficient service and I would definitely come back to purchase my sons bed

One of the only places in UK to get a 2m-ish corner sofa bed that pull out from underneath the main sofa body. Staff was friendly and spent time listening to my needs and questions. I was offered something to drink. Only small annoyance is that I would have liked to have been offered a small discount as I bought sofa, king size bed frame and king size mattress.

The reason that I was highly satisfied is the customer service that I was given. The guys were friendly, curtious, helpful and very professional, going that extra mile, just as it should be!!!!

Immediate attention from sales staff, polite, good advice and knowledge of product. Clean, pleasant shop. Offer of drink available. Clear explanation of terms etc. Availability and quick delivery of products.

The assistant Gemma was very friendly and knowledgeable about the products she was selling. She made the whole buying experience very enjoyable.

The first thing that struck us was the very friendly nature of your staff. Very cheerful but at the same time knowledgeable. Gemma, who looked after us was particularly helpful and did everything to make us comfortable by offering us drinks and coffee. Although we did have a rough idea about the kind of mattress we wanted, Gemma's in-depth knowledge helped us select the best one keeping our requirements and budget in mind. She patiently answered every question and never put any pressure on us for a sale. And believe me, that really helped! The rest of the staff were just as helpful.
