Gemma was extremely helpful on our visit and understood exactly what we were looking for to point us in the right direction. By far the best store we have visited and we will definitely be going back in the future! Excellent customer service and great product knowledge, both the Assistant Manager and Manager were extremely helpful and friendly, thank you so much! P.S. Richard is currently sitting by the washing machine tending to the needs of the mattress protector "loves to be washed"

We had your lovely colleague Gemma serve us both times we went into your store in Cambridge. She was absolutely outstanding with her customer service and was such a friendly and approachable person. She persisted in getting us finance after trying a couple of times and being declined, but she kept trying to make our dream bed come true! We will definitely be visiting your store again for any other bed services etc and visiting Gemma's friendly face! All round 5 stars! AMAZING

Good sized store, enough space to look around thoroughly rather than beds being squashed together. Good amount of stock in store, colours to help identify mattresses which was helpful. The employee that assisted us during our visit was very friendly and helpful which made the purchase easy.

We had just spent an hour at another bed company in Cambridge. My husband was getting very tired With a hip problem. We walked intoyourcambridge store and we're lucky enough to be welcomed by an assistant who was on loan for the day from your Ipswich store. I a writing this in bed at the moment, tired, your invoice is down stairs. I am classed disabled. Apart from that this assistant was so, so helpful. A bed for my husband was chosen and ordered in no time. She went through all the paper work, delivery etc. She certainly knew her job , but there she had been employed with you for ten years. Even my husband said driving home what a great assistant she was. Now we just await my husbands bed, thank you.

Wide range of products to view. Gemma was friendly and very helpful. She was knowledgeable and explained the different qualities of the products clearly. This enabled us to make our choice confidently. She then promptly arranged a suitable delivery date and quickly processed our order.
