The sales assistance understood my requirements and was knowledgeable about the mattresses I wanted. I was offered a drink whilst deciding, which was very much appreciated.

As soon as we entered the store in Cambridge, Tony made us so welcomed that we didn't want to leave. He spent lots of his time, patience and energy explaining different options to us and shared his knowledge and expertise. I believe if not Tony be there for us, we would not be able to make up our mind of what we need and our preferences. He explained the differences between the products, their quality, quarantee, making etc and it helped us in choosing i hope the best mattress and bed in our life. thank you Tony. Dreams needs to be proud of having such an employee for already 15 years!

The Salesperson who helped us with our selection was friendly, not pushy and knowledgable. Also the other staff were friendly and welcoming astmosphere.
