I could see the items I was buying in the shop so that was good and the staff were very helpfull

The staff all adapted their manners to the needs we had and spoke to us in a very friendly way. They managed to save us a large amount of money and the buying/credit check process was so easy.

The fantastic customer service we received from the staff, especially Tim was why we proceeded with a purchase from Dreams today. We were undecided between a bed at Dreams and elsewhere and the fact that the team took care of us, really helped and where not pushing in any way sold it to us!

We were served by Shah. I thought he was a first class sales guy. He was friendly and clear. He didn't crowd us he left us to look but made himself available for questions. His explanations were clear and informed. All in all a very good salesman. He was supported well by the company syatems which he clearly understood and his fellow workers who made the hot chocolate whilst Shah closed the deal.

Tim was a very friendly and approachable man with a warm smile. He was very willing to help (and excellent at selling!) and got our order through without any fuss, whilst making sure that we understood everything fully. Very helpful!

The lady who looked after us was very friendly, took the time to understand our requirements and was knowledgeable about the products she was selling. She was very efficient when we were placing our order.

I'd done my research on line before shopping for my bed. In store everything was well labelled and the assistant extremely helpful. Very competent with the ordering process. Good experience.

A friendly welcome and the offer of tea or coffee; being given the opportunity to to look at the beds without being pestered (!) but very helpful advice when we were ready.
