Friendly knowledgable staff

Great service from a very knowledgeable staff member (Kieran at Beehive Cambridge store) great advice re my reason for buying a bed.

Came in looking for a matress and ended up leaving with a new bed as well menaing we had to change the entire colour scheme of our room...the product, price and service was that good! We were served by Kieran who was first class and spent time with us going over options giving us enough attention but also importantly time on our own without any pressure. Very professional member of staff.

I was so impressed by the customer service we received at Dreams in Cambridge. We only went in to have a look but ended up buying a bed and mattress. The staff were so helpful with out being intresusive and their product knowledge was second to none. Special mention goes to Gemma for making the purchase of our first bed so easy. She checked delivery times for us and was so patient whilst we dithered arround ! Also Emma was very helpful in explaining the purchasing process and so warm and friendly that we felt like we were chatting with friends. The whole experience was great.

We didn't have a clue what type of mattress we wanted and Kieran was very knowledgeable but not pushy.

Gemma looked after us really well we were offered refreshments which came lovely and hot and in a proper cup. Made to feel at ease immediately entering the shop. All the staff couldn't have been better Left to make up my mind on my own.

The staff were very helpful. Tim was looking after us and was highly knowledgeable about the products. He made us a coffee. He then left us to decide over the three we had narrowed it down to....It took quite a few goes a lying on each one! He was kind, humorous and approachable without being pushy :)

I have ticked all the boxes as Highly Satisfied!! From the moment I walked into the Store in Cambridge, I was greeted with warmth. The salesman (called Tim) was full of knowledge and was able to steer me through what looked like a daunting task. I had done some homework myself before selecting a bed, but returned to Dreams not only because of the quality of the beds but because of the service I received from the gentleman.

The sale assistant Gem Gem at your Cambridge branch was professional but very friendly and understood the needs of my mother. She did not rush us or try to be pushy towards a particular item. We had coffee and Gemma was very engaging,
