Great customer service

The sale assistant guided me and my partner through many examples and explained in detail (in English) the technical information. From after about an hour we found a suitable matress. The whole process was smooth and not rushed, also there was no sales pressure.

We went to the Cambridge Beehive centre Dreams store & the staff member called Kieran was most helpful & went out of his way to let my daughter try different pillows on the mattress aswell, he gave us his undivided attention, nothing seamed to much trouble, he even apologised when he was serving another customer, we waited because he had been dealing with us originally!

The assistant was very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere in the store was friendly too.i have bought my beds from dreams previously and would not go anywhere else.all in all excellent service.👍🏼👏🏼

Cambridge store assistant Kieran was incredibly helpful, knowledgable and patient while I made my choice. He even brought me a feather pillow to try with the pillow on the display bed to match what I sleep with at home. Really positive experience as this was a big purchase for me; I didn't feel at all rushed or coerced into buying the bed and mattress until I'd made a decision in my own time. Happily bought a mattress protector too, as recommended by Kieran. Thank you 🙂
