The staff were knowlegable and friendly. We did not feel under any pressure to buy, and were given time to try different beds. My husband was determined NOT to buy a new bed, but was won over by the service provided.

the assistants were friendly and helpful. They cared for our needs (also our thirst). Arranging delivery was flexible and quick.

The staff were lovely. I just moved am sleeping on a mattress on the floor or a sofa. Im shattered. They were so nice, offered me a drink and were so friendly .

Kieran WAS HELPFUL , INFORMED AND VERY PATIENT DESPITE BEING VERY BUSY ON A SATURDAY AFTERNOON AND ME BEING ACCOMPANIED BY AN ENERGETIC 2 YEAR OLD AND A BABY THAT ALSO NEEDED MY ATTENTION.

Tim was really helpful and knowledgeable, he was on hand for questions but not in our faces so we could chat to him or among ourselves.

The most important aspect of our visit was the helpfulness and politeness of the assistant, Tim. One of us called in earlier in the week with a few questions, when he was efficient and knowledgeable, and so we should have been disappointed if he hadn't been free to serve us yesterday. Luckily he was available. Our questions were taken seriously, information was forthcoming, and the purchase of our new bed, an expensive item, was taken very seriously by Tim. He is an excellent ambassador for your company. The coffee and hot chocolate were both good, the time available to us was as long as we would have needed. The other assistant we spoke to briefly, I believe her name was Em, or maybe Emma, was also very pleasant and helpful.
