We were served by Gemma, who was very courteous, product knowledgeable and patient with us because to begin with we were unsure of exactly what we wanted. However there was no hard sale (as we have experienced in other stores - causing us to leave them without purchasing). Good choice of products which were displayed perfectly in store to enable us to make the right choice. Would we recommend this store - most definitely.

The gentleman who served me was very helpful and helped be enormously with my purchases. I enjoyed the experience immensely and would have no hesitation in using this store again in the future

We were not exactly sure what mattress we wanted and had previous heard of Tempur mattresses and wanted to try them. Sophie, our assistant took us to them and explained everything well. We didn't actually like them, so she stayed with us making recommendations, helping, supporting and answering our questions. Our questions were all answered and she asked the right questions to us to find out our preferences. As I prefer softer pillows/beds and my partner prefers firm, we came to the best conclusion. We were so impressed that my mother, who was with us and just thinking about changing her mattress, bought the same one as us. All in all a great experience and Sophie was very helpful and supportive
