We knew what we were looking for, the salesman offered assistance while we were looking at the options available, and answered our questions. Having made our selection the salesman took our order efficiently and explained all terms and conditions etc clearly.

I liked that there was a very big selection of beds and mattresses in store. I thoroughly researched the beds on the dreams website before going to this store and was positively surprised that all of my favourite beds were there. It was a huge advantage seeing them in person rather than just on the screen. Additionally, I was highly satisfied with the experience since the staff was very helpful, in particular Emma.

We were met by Emma on first arriving in the store and she enquired if she could help us. On being told what we were looking for she escorted us to the appropriate area and answered all our questions about the bed. We left the store to look around other stores. We returned to dreams and were met by Kieran who spook to us about the bed and answered further question. Kieran sorted the sail out for us while Emma made us a cup of tea. We found them both most helpful and friendly.

We were greeted by Kieran within minutes of entering the store and he talked us through the various mattresses available and then left us to browse in our own time, so no pressure. His knowledge was sound and he was most friendly. He even made us a cup of tea. A good experience all round apart from the bit at the end which required us to part with our hard earned.

we were approached by Kieran when we went in,and asked if we needed help when I said I wasn`t sure what I wanted and would like to browse,we were left in peace,after we`d been asked if we would like a cup of tea/coffee. When we`d decided what sort of bed we wanted we were shown the options available again by Kieran,any questions we had were answered when we were paying for it everything was explained to us.

Very helpful sales staff who pointed out all the mattresses which were gel topped for us to try. She also was very helpful with regards to the warranty information.

Excellent quick service from Kieran the salesperson we saw. He gave us a quick and efficient run though of what the store had to offer. He then left us to browse at our leisure before making sure we were OK. He even made us a cup of tea. :o)
