The sales assistant who helped us, Kieran, was extremely helpful, friendly & knowledgeable in helping us make our choice. There was a nice blend of helping us, without stalking us through the store, as we had found with some other stores we visited that day.

Emma was friendly, put me at ease when I got tongue tied. She was very knowledgeable about the products and understood what I was looking for

I was welcomed with the offer of a coffee and pillow advice before I stared my search for a mattress and that helped considerably,, I had all the advice I needed by the salesman tim who was a very nice person and understood exactly what we needed from a new mattress.

the staff were friendly and helpful and offered us coffee which was very nice. they wernt pushy which was good!

Gemma was highly knowledgeable, and was genuinely interested in what we wanted, she did not try to imprint her view of the world on us. She was patient and listened.

Tim was excellent. He really understood our needs and spent time with us. He knew how to select a mattress for a child, and made our 8 year old feel special. Many thanks.

Plenty of information available and well presented

The store was very clean and bright. The chap who served us was very polite and helpful. He left us alone to try out the beds in our own time. He did not rush us and was not at all pushy. His knowledge of the beds / mattresses was excellent. We left feeling that our custom was highly valued. We would certainly shop there again and would highly recommend dreams to family and friends.

Everything in store as it should be. Total experience was friendly and not pressured.
