We came into the store knowing you had a very good sale on but we were still not convinced to buy, but when we got talking to Sophie the colleague working there that evening she told me about all the benefits to the bed I was interested in and we went through with the purchase of it, and am now looking forward to the delivery! Not hounded by staff yet they were available when needed. Helpful and friendly staff.

Assistance was instantly available, as was time to peruse alone - no pressure. Having made the decision, the ordering process was easy and assisted by a very friendly Gemma (Cambridge store).

Kieran was really helpful and knowledgable but left us alone to discuss and decide on our purchase - very impressed!

You had the product that we wanted. Our questions were answered swiftly and once we had made our decision the order and payment process was swift. Delivery was also quicker than we had anticipated.

We were served by the manageress who we found to be very knowledgable and helpful. She went with us to look at a single bed and mattress which I had chosen. She suggested a different mattress to the one i had chosen which actually was cheaper. We were made to feel very welcome as customers. I would highly recommend dreams to everyone.
