Dreams - Cambridge

I was greeted as soon as I walked in by a very friendly and knowledgeable sales person called Tim. He showed me quickly and directly to the products I was interested in and knew everything about the products that I needed to know. On top of this Tim offered me a drink during my visit and made sure I sampled the best pillows when testing out the mattresses. I genuinely felt looked after and I couldn't have asked for more from a sales person. The entire buying process with Tim was extremely quick and efficient and, along also with his friendliness, he made it a truly enjoyable experience.

Keiran was absolutely amazing, he helped us out so much. He was extremely knowledge and could answer all my questions and inform me things I never even knew or would ask about! Prices were good. They staff offered us drinks as soon as we came in. As far as shopping goes, it was a really good experience.

We went in as a family to try Mattresses. Very helpful staff who explained the different types available. We tried them all a few times and were given pillows to get a better feel. The order process was quick and seamless. We would definitely return to the Cambridge store should we need any further bedding products. Keep up the good work.

Kieran was really helpful. I've just moved over from northern Ireland and have moved into an unfurnished house and have never bought a bed before. He talked me through them all, explained the mattresses and encouraged me to go lie on them. He then helped me find pillows by asking about my sleeping preferences and let me try them out on the bed. He offered me tea and coffee and was really pleasant to talk to
