Timothy your sale person was very help full and expand how it works and show me how it works and did I need mattress no iv not long purchesst one and he say that's ok then is there any thing else you won't two now and that's a perfect sales person thanks

Tim our dreams consultant was very friendly, he assistance was exceptional as we changed our mind a few times and he not once seemed frustrated even when he had to repeat the order when I changed my mind on the colour.

Really relaxed shop. Able to take my time and work out what I needed/liked. Kieron done an excellent job in helping me decide what mattress I needed.... even after I told him I was going to check out Benson Beds before I made my decision. I came back as dreams had the better deal .... and nicer ottoman bed. Kieron made me a great cup of tea and I got the deal I wanted ....

I had telephoned the Cambridge store before my visit to check on details of one of the beds I had seen on the Dreams website and the in-store assistant had been extremely helpful in offering advice and measuring the height of the bed - which in this case was especially important. On arrival I was able to deal with the same person, who continued to be of great assistance and enabled me to buy the most suitable bed. The service was excellent throughout the transaction.

On entering the store we ere greeted by "Tim". We found him to be very personable, pleasant, helpful, and with a good knowledge of the mattresses available for sale. We explained what we were looking for, and he quickly pointed out four or five items that may have been of interest to us. We tried them and then made our decision to purchase one. Throughout our visit we were both impressed with the level of service offered. We will recommend your company to our friends.

My experience at dreams -( Cambridge) was exactly what I was seeking in finding the bed I needed. The gentleman (Kieran) who waited on me, was friendly,very wellinformed, and knew his subject very well indeed.
