Friendly service. Helpful but not intrusive or pushy. Knowledgeable and clear in explaining the difference between different mattresses.

Gemma was very helpful and knowledgeable. She made our in-store experience really fun and wasn't at all pushy with our sale.

All went well with my visit

We both felt at ease and Tim at the Cambridge store was so nice and explained all the different types of beds, we tried several beds and was given a pillow to use. We was also looking around at other stores but after visiting dreams we looked no further we was given time to discuss with each other the best bed for us, and with a nice cup of coffee and the friendly staff we would give Tim a 10 out of 10, he was just so nice. We purchased our mattress cover and pillows we are now looking forward to our new bed. We decided to take out the insurance as this seems like a good service which was provided and it was our choice not as Tim explained all the good reasons for this without pushing us. If we was lucky to win we will be back to purchase another bed for my second room, as our old bed is going into there.

Sales person was very friendly and couldn't do enough to help. I am disabled and had a hard time getting up and Tim (sales person) helped me without me having to ask. He remembered me from a previous purchase and we had a good laugh.

as usual Tim was an excellent and attentive salesperson and delivered again

very helpful and when i was unsure if the bedframe too big the assistant measured the frame. made suggestions of alternatives that were possible. never pushy.
