I believe the assistants name was Emma and she was exceptional. Engaged with my children who the product was for. Listened to the scenario and came up with a great solution.

The member of staff ws hlpful, listened to our reuirements and was pleasant and very efficient in placing the order.

Never pressurised to buy, lots of advice given and dealt with in a professional manner.

Gemma was very helpful and made the experience buying a bed a lot better than without help

Kieran was very helpful polite and very informative about the beds and mattresses. He helped us when we needed it and left me and my husband to discuss things on our own. I would certainly recommend him to anyone.

Emma was fabulous in your Cambridge Branch. Her knowledge and understanding of my needs was second to none and I am extremely excited and looking forward to a more comfortable sleep. I have back issues and really appreciate all the advice and support Emma offered me and the time and patience with me trying out the different mattresses. I could already feel the pressure easing from my back just by trying in store! Couldn't be more pleased with the service.

Dealt with a member of staff called Kieran at the Cambridge branch who was very helpful and very knowledgable. Didn't bother us but at the same time knew when to step in to assist.

we where worried about going matress shopping as we hate feeling pressures into it and made to feel uncomfortable by the sales staff. This was not the case we where greated by Tim when we entered the store and knew where he was if we had any questions abd where allowed to try out the mattesses on our own and in our own time. If this wasnt the case we probably would have gone elsewhere.
