Ability to try a range of different beds and models in one store

The staff in the Cambridge store were fantastic. Really friendly and helpful, great product knowledge and they were especially helpful when we had to push back the delivery of our order due to our bedroom being carpeted and painted. Leo prior helped us first of all but I understand he has left the business. The manager (think her name is Rosie) was so helpful with placing the order and her colleague helped us to pick pillows.

Got £160 sheets included which made me feel like I got a deal

I was helped by a very pleasant young man his name is KIERAN, who could tell me all about the mattress types I wanted to buy and offered something which was in my range of expense but the best thing for what I wanted. I am so pleased, that he is English and he is very polite, plus he knew a lot about all the beds and mattresses one could find in the shop. Thank you for the service.

When we entered the shop we were greeted very politely and told to ask if we needed any help. This we liked as when shopping it is nice to be able to browse without pressure. When we needed help it was given straight away. The service we received was very friendly and informative, hence our purchase.

Went into store with very little knowledge of the mattress that would be suitable for my needs. Approached by sales person and talked through all options and encouraged to try various mattresses from my narrowed down choice. Also encouraged to use a pillow. In a very short time I had chosen and placed an order for a mattress and two pillows. Although there was no pressure sale, the sales person was very confident in the products that she was selling, giving me the information to make an informed purchase. I will be returning to the store after decorating a further bedroom for a mattress and divan. Wouldn't go anywhere else now. Thank you DREAMS.

Knowledgeable and professional staff, Good range of products to choose from. Calm and inviting environment. We did not feel pressured or rushed into making a purchase.

Was not pounced on as soon as we entered the store, but was greeted with a smile and hello. After browsing for a while we were asked if we needed any help, or were we fine to continue to browse. We asked a few questions and were given sound responses and advise. We also was offered a tea or coffee (nice touch) so we didn't need to rush to make any decisions. All in all we found it to be a very relaxing shop enabling us to make what we feel was the right purchase after good advice and being able to try various types of mattresses. We would definitely recommend Dreams in Cambridge to any of our friends and tell them to ask for Tim.
