Service was excellent, I was offered a variety of different beds. There were enough staff so that I was seen to within a minute of waiting.

My wife and I visited a Dreams shop at Cambridge very late evening just before closing time of the shop. We finally found right place to purchase a Tempur mattress and bed frame at the same time. The reason we went to the shop is that delivery time matters a lot to us. A gentleman, named Leo, kindly welcomed both of us and we asked him several questions regarding mattress and a bed frame. He knows very much about the difference between mattress types and we finally chose the one suitable for us. For a bed frame, we might take a look all of frames and as recommended by Leo, we also chose right one. We cannot be happier to get both a mattress and a frame at the same time. We are looking forward to getting them this Thursday and hoping to have back-painless soon :)

The guy we spoke to in the Cambridge (beehive centre) store was really helpful and friendly. He took his time to thouroughly go through the beds with us and really knew his stuff! Very impressed. And he ordered it all through for us on a date that suited us best.

From the moment we walked in we was greeted at the door and offered a hot drinks. they even had colouring books and crayons for our 2year old daughter. we was made very comfortable and shown around a large range of beds and products suited to the needs and specifications as found out by the questions asked by Leo. (the bed specialist) we tryed a large range of products and and found exactly what we wanted and was offered bed cover service plan and mattress protector of which we took we where then given a easy to follow break down of the price and summary of payments and plans suited to us couldn't ask for more -:THANK YOU
