We were very impressed with the lady who served us she was very knowledgeable friendly and helpful

The salesman helped me understand the type of matress I needed from the vast and overwhelming choices on display in a matter of minutes. I was left with 8 possible choices and given plenty of guidance and helpful advice. At no time was he pushy and was happy to leave whatever he was doing to answer further questions. I was encouraged to spend time trying out different mattress and not o rush into a decision. I cane back the next day with my husband . The same salesman (loved the continuity ) plied us with cups of tea and patiently talked the whole thing through again. He has a fantastic stock knowledge and again was down to earth, friendly and professional. We ended up or ding one of the more ' top of the range' matresses but in no way felt pushed to do so. I can't wait for it to be delivered and we are very grateful for such a comprehensive service.

Soon as we entered the shop we were asked what we were look for and we asked about the types of mattresses for back ache and we were told the best ones in the shop that would work for us. We were also shown the best type of bed frame we were looking for. When we made our purchase it was quick and easy and fully explained to us. Me and my partner both felt that we were well informed on the items we were Purchasing and the staff were very friendly! Will definitely return to this shop next time we need a new bed!

Staff assistant was very friendly and helpful. She wasn't however aware of free delivery offered on website . Good job we were as it would have cost us another£39. Delivery options were up to date and flexible and our order was texted to us within hour.very pleased overall.

We fell in love with the bed frame. My husband and I could tell it was good quality and sturdy. The assistants were incredibly helpful.

Spending £16363 and £39-00 delivery is a bit steep
