Excellent product knowledge by the staff, providing clear guidance on the variety of mattresses. Good colour coding so it was clear to understand which were which. Leo was very approachable, not too pushy, and on hand to answer any questions. Great experience.

Tim was very helpful and he listened to what we were looking for. He had a good understanding of the products he was selling. Excellent service

tim, the adviser has been friendly patient and gave us time to choose the right bed for us. he answers all our questions and he had a few suggestions of matresses that made us difficult to decide but in the end i think we made the right decision bec as soon as the matress arrived at home we tried it and it was superb!! its not even bedtime yet but we slept through as soon as we lay on the matress! what a total bliss😀 thank u dreams and thank you cambridge dreams team espc to tiim! note: i intentionally wait till the matress arrives before i made this survey coz i want to try the product first

THE GENTLEMAN WHO SORTED ME OUT WAS POLITE, RESPECTFUL, PATIENT, HE KNEW HIS ' STUFF ' . IT WAS BECAUSE OF HIS MANNER AND HOW HE DELT WITH ME AS A CUSTOMER WAS THE SOLE REASON WHY I STAYED IN YOUR STORE AND THUS MADE THE PURCHASE.

Assistants were approachable and very helpful. They seemed knowledgable of the products. Trying out the mattresses was very useful and particularly like the 40 night trial period.
