Gemma the assistant who helped us was both knowledgeable and friendly, at no time was she pushy. She gave us all the information we needed and when we returned home to check the size for the available space she took our order over the phone. Brilliant.

We were not pounced upon ( nothing worse ) But were left To look around After which the sales assistant approached us in a friendly non intrusive manner

Excellent customer service from all three members of staff that I dealt with during my visits. They were friendly, knowledgeable and not that hard nosed pushy sales people, that is a reason why I returned. I felt like the staff were interested in suiting my needs rather than doing a quick sale. Really impressed with the customer service I received and will recommend. Only the price of the mattress was a concern. We are renovating so trying to keep costs down, but from the service I received it was worth the money. Excellent work, Dreams!
