I got everything I needed

Sam our sales assistant was new in this post but very helpful and good at pillow talk. He new about all the different beds and assisted us with trying them out. He was understanding and took his time to ensure we brought the right product.

The Sale assistant (leo) explained the deal and put all the paper work together in a very profecinal manner. Very pleased with every thing so far.

Good customer service

Gemma who served us was really friendly and helpful without being pushy which is what we like. She accommodated us at all times and at no time did she make us feel we were taking too long, even though we were. She offered us a drink on arrival and as it was a hot day it was really welcomed. She was knowledgeable about all the beds which was great as we didn't have a clue. My husband forgot his wallet so we couldn't complete the transaction and had to come back the next day. At no time did any of the staff make us feel like it was an inconvenience. We finalised the transaction the next day with no hassle at all. We felt all the staff in the store were really friendly and pleasant without being overly pushy and left it to us to make our minds up. Overall, really happy with the service and look forward to receiving our bed. Thank you Gemma and colleagues 😘

We walked into Dreams Cambridge feeling low as the previous shop we had just visited we had an awful experience customer service wise. We were looking for a king size mattress but not sure on what type we wanted. We approached the nearest sales person and were instantly uplifted. Tim was brilliant and was a big part of why we brought a mattress from Dreams. He was full of knowledge on all the questions we had to ask,very friendly and smiley and let us have our time to discuss between ourselves. I couldn't have asked for better customer service. I personally work for John Lewis and am often disappointed at customer service we receive, but the service Tim delivered to us was faultless and myself and my partner are most grateful. We made sure he was there on the day we went back to buy the mattress because of this. I made sure I passed on my appreciation to his manager and I hope it goes beyond that. Once again very impressed. Thank you.
