Staff were very attentive on arrival. Offered help, if we required it without being pushy. Analysed our sleep and recommended suitable mattresses. Staff were fantastic showing us the recommended mattresses and left us to take our time to try them out. They were able to answer all our Q and didn’t pressure us into making a purchase. We did not plan to make a purchase that day but ended up doing so! The colleague that we saw was called Edward and was at the Cambridge beach! He was awesome!

With the help of Ross, we were able to find a mattress in our budget that suited all of our needs and we got to take it home with us the same day!

The staff we spoke to were very knowledgable of the products, listened and advised with our needs. We were offered a drink on arrival, they included our son on discussions, gave very detailed answers to our questions, no pressure on time we spent trying the many products. We were offered to try out the Dreams sleep match machine, absolutely amazing! Extremely clever. All staff were approachable and friendly.

The Assistant was very knowledgeable about the products, keen to sell but in no way pushy. I was given space and time to make a decision but always available for information. Very impressed as I would have walked out if I had felt pressured in any way!

We were met by Edward shortly after entering the store. He was very knowledgeable and engaging in making sure that I purchased the right mattress for my body weight and spinal issues. There was no pressure at all to purchase throughout the whole process and I felt that we were treated extremely well and our different needs were listened too and accommodated. Highly recommend Edward and his engaging style of Customer Care.

Greeted by a friendly Salesperson Ross at the Cambridge Branch. Once explained what we were wanting, he went through the procedure of analysing what products would be best for our needs. He allowed us time to test out the mattresses that best suited our requirements without any pressure other than advice about the product. Once the mattress that we thought best for our needs the payment was processed efficiently, informing us of the possible delivery date and removal of our old mattress and how it would be recycled. Overall we were extremely satisfied with the whole issue of our purchase and how we were treated it was a pleasure.
