Leo was able to take on board all of our requirements (Ottoman, made of wood to ensure that it will survive the cats). There was a good level of patience while I asked various silly questions. Also for the antics of our two year old. It was a pleasure to do business with Leo, at no point was there any 'pushiness' or hard sell which I very much appreciated.

Explained differences between mattresses clearly. Advised us to take our time to find the right product. Provided pillows to try at the same time. Asked questions to understand what we were looking for.

People working there were very nice and friendly. Products available for trial. Only disappointment is in the long wait for actual product availability.

Tim was really helpful and friendly putting us at ease and offering advice when needed. He has a very great knowledge of your products. We did not feel under pressure to buy at any time and came out of the store feeling we have definitely made the correct decision. The store is clean and tidy and laid out well. Would recommend.
