Leo was very attentive and was willing to move mattresses onto different beds for us. Gave us lots of options and no pressure

The assistant who helped us was amazing. Gemma clearly knew what she was talking about but let us browse the store at our own pace and answered all of our questions when asked. She was very friendly and easy to talk to and made recommendations based on our conversation with her. We made several trips to the store before we decided on a bed and every time we went in, Gemma greeted us with a smile and came over to say hello when she had the chance. She made the whole experience of bed shopping a lot easier and enjoyable than I had thought it would be. When it came to placing the order she made sure we understood all of the payment options and helped us work out what would be the best option for us.

On entering the shop, everything was so simple. The staff (Leo) was great and showed us a variety of mattresses and explained every type and listened to our requirements to suggest a brand and comfortability.

Two member of staff at local dreams shop in Cambridge; Gemma and Emma were very friendly and polite helped us to place our order and explained the technical aspects before we decided on the option. we are very pleased with their quality assistance and our shopping. it was a good experience.

Really friendly personal service. I like that they did not automatically steer me to the highest priced items first. I liked that they helped me find providers for other services like a locksmith location. They were so kind that my daughter wanted to visit when we went back to the mall. Prices of mattrasses could be a little more competitive.

Friendly staff member didn't try to over-sell but helped me select and order the product I wanted. She explained the extra options thoroughly and honestly and provided me with all the assistance I needed.

The time taken to get the right bed for us. The choice, and the colour coding was really helpful. Very approachable staff with good knowledge about the product.

I was given good advice but then allowed to take my own time to test the mattresses I was looking at; there was no pressure to make a decision nor was I influenced in any particular direction. The order was completed quickly, my mattress protector upgraded & some free pillows were thrown in – all in all a very successful transaction!

Gemma and Emma were professional, polite, respectful and fully conversant with Dreams products. Gemma asked pertinent questions about how we sleep and our requirements and suggested products that might fit our requirements. We selected the Connoisseur Pocket Sprung Mattress which was suggested by Gemma, given that I have hip problems. Both ladies even own your products and and could answer first hand questions about the products they owned too. We thought got choosing a new mattress would be a difficult decision but it was made an easy and painless experience given the knowledge of the two ladies.
