Everything about our experience was fantastic! The staff, Sam, Emma and Tim were lovely, warm and welcoming. Both my wife and I didn't plan on making a purchase that day, but after being impressed with the assistance and the quality of the products, it just seemed like the natural thing to do! Another firm had previously told us not to visit Dreams, when we had been buying a bed for our first house two years ago. We regret not visiting Dreams now, because the other firm had lots of hidden costs and pushy salesmen, and low an behold, the mattress collapsed after two years of purchase. Our experience of Dreams was the complete opposite, the staff the knowledgeable, helping my wife who suffers with back pain, the products are quality, backed by guarantees and cover options offered at a very reasonable price! The staff as well had the right balance of helpfulness, without being too pushy. I will be certainly recommending Dreams to friends and family! 10/10 across the whole board.

We were Highly Satisfied with our experience at Dreams, Cambridge because of the warm friendly welcome we were given by Emma and her team members, Tim and Sam. There was a lovely welcoming and relaxed atmosphere and we felt no pressure to buy. We could happily walk around the shop and the assistance and advice we were given was above and beyond what we expected! The process in ordering the new bed we had chosen was very quick and afficient and we were very impressed with how quickly the bed is being delivered as some other companies offer a 6 week waiting time for delivery. Thank you once again the Emma and her team and we will be back again and will recommend Dreams to all our friends and family.

We found a bed frame that we liked in our price range and then a good quality mattress in the sale so were very happy to get a quality bed within our budget. The assistant who took our order was very friendly and we were given two free pillows with our order which was a nice gesture. Product is available and due to be delivered this week.

Helpful staff and good service

Our assistant Leo from the Cambridge branch was very helpful. New about the product range and gave us very useful advice when thinking of the type of bed needed for our 6ft 5 in son of 15 years! Great service thank you.

We were given lots of information pertinent to our requirements. We were given ample time to make our own decisions without being pressured in any way. We were served by Emma who was courteous, knowledgeable and very understanding.

The employee, Tim, who assisted us was very friendly and helpful. Tim dedicated a lot of his time to assisting us and after providing us with guidance about the products available and suitable mattresses for us, he gave us the space and time to look at the products for ourselves. Tim was however always on hand and available to answer any queries we had and was able to assist us in our final selection. We appreciated the opportunity to be able to look at the products in our own time.
