Extremely good and helpful customer service from the assistant in the shop. Unfortunately cannot remember his name, but he will remember us by the discussion which took place at the time of ordering ... it was to do with "smelly socks!"

The members of staff at the Cambridge store were very friendly and helpful when dealing with our requests.

I used the Cambridge Beehive Centre store and Emma assisted me. I was looking for an adjustable bed as I am disabled. Emma showed me the beds on display and explained each type. She spent time showing me the mechanics of the beds and let me try each one. I was only starting my search for a bed but after leaving with a price and options, I returned to the store after the weekend and purchased one of the beds Emma showed me. The whole experience was very easy, Emma broke down the pricing info and how delivery would work. Overall I was more than pleased with my visit to Dreams and will definitely return in the future when one of our beds needs replacing.

I found the shop really well laid out and we were not jumped on by a sales assistant when we walked in the door (I hate that). We were helped by Leo who was really friendly and asked us a few questions to gauge our needs, he then showed us a few mattresses and then got us a coffee and left us for a while to talk and mooch about. We were limited by our budget and Leo tried to get us the best deal he could and wasn't really pushy when we made our decision which meant buying a more expensive mattress and not the bed frame. All the staff were friendly and we had a giggle with them. I would definitely come back for my bed frame when we have the money. :0)

A friendly knowledgeable service from one Tim. We were unsure but because of Tim explaining about the comfort satisfaction guarantee or replacement our minds were made up.

Staff were very helpful accomodating and jovial and also offered us a beveridge
