I felt very comfortable and able to discuss my requirements with very helpful assistants who were willing to listen to me and advise me, I am sure I shall be very happy with my purchase

I was highly satisfied with our visit cause the collegue who assisted us was very friendly and directed us to the bed of our needs. His general knowledge was spot on and we picked a wonderful bed and we were very pleased with our choice.

I visited the store on 16/04/16 to find a mattress similar to the one I brought 3 years ago. Tim, the staff member that served me had a great knowledge of mattresses, and although dreams no longer sold the mattress I was looking for, he was able to recommend a similar one within minutes. His customer service was excellent and when I returned the following weekend he remembered me and was able to help with my purchase immediately.

The assistant took time to listen to our needs and direct us to the products that matched those needs. She encouraged us to explore different products until we were satisfied that our choice was correct

Anthony said hello when I walked in.I then told him what I was interested in and he then explained all options that I could choose.I then spent a good time testing out the mattresses he showed me before choosing my bed that I am really happy with.Thank you.

Very pleased with the experience of shopping at Dreams and also with the bed. Gemma at the Beehive Centre in Cambridge was very helpful and pleasant indeed.
