The sales adviser Tim was very welcoming friendly and helpful. He took time to listen to my needs and was able to show me the right mattresses to suit my needs. He had considerable knowledge of the different mattresses and did not rush or push me into making a decision. I was able to come back a week or so later to place my order and pay without being rushed. I felt like my needs were met throughout all visits. Whereas when I went to Benson and Beds I was pounced on by a sales adviser and felt that they did not really listen or take in what I was saying but were just interested in making a sale. I felt pressured to purchase and stressed. When I came to dreams my visit was very relaxed and I felt listened to. I highly recommend dreams (at beehive center) and I am very thankful for all the support I have received. I am now able to sleep in comfort having not been able to sleep properly for several months.

Went to Benson beds first very expensive for similar products. Priced more reasonably at Dreams. Great quality still high

We visited the Dreams store at the Beehive centre in Cambridge on 30/03/2016. The sales person Anthony was such a great help. He was very enthusiastic in showing us the range we were interested in. He always had a smile on his face and was generally very efficient. He was very honest and seemed to enjoy his work at Dreams. We returned from Dreams satisfied and happy with our orders.

Because we were given the option of buying a memory foam mattress which could be easily transported in a small car. Also they seem a very good type of mattress. The price for such a mattress was reasonable we thought in comparison to prices of other types of mattress. Assistant was young cheerful helpfull and easy going.

Friendly and helpful staff, gave us all the info we needed, took time to explain things to us but didn't pester us while we were testing mattresses.

The assistant who helped me was very friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. I was offered a much needed drink. I asked a lot of questions and she answered them all with a friendly face. All the items I was looking for were available at Dreams. Very happy

As soon as the member of staff (Gemma) introduced herself to us we wanted to buy our new mattress from Dreams and our plans to go elsewhere were put on hold. Gemma was so polite, helped us with all queries re new mattress. She explained the delivery terms and conditions and collect of old mattress. Well done Gemma. Next time we will take up the offer of a cuppa.
