Gemma was very helpful in showing us all the bed frames and was very professional and patient. She also had good knowledge of the products.

We were assisted by Anthony at your store in the Cambridge Beehive Centre who was extremely polite and knowledgeable about the beds you had in store. We'd visited the store two weeks previously to get an idea of the bed we were looking for as well as an idea on how much it would roughly cost. Anthony also assisted during that visit and remembered us on the second visit, which made it a lot easier to ask him further questions that we had. Even though there was a small mistake with our account number on the credit agreement with Barclays, Anthony resolved the issue quickly and professionally. Both of us feel really happy with our purchase and cannot wait for it to arrive next week!

The staff we very friendly, helpful and thoughtful. Our children were occupied with the colouring competition which enabled us to make our purchases. We did change our minds a couple of times but the staff were very helpful.

The assistant Tim was very help full happy tidy and smelt nice took the time to explain the different types of the mattresses and pillows and seemed both computing and very knowledgeable

Your salesman Antony was very helpful and allowed us to view your full range without any pressure this allowed us to chose the right product that we wanted .

The store was well laid out and the colour code on the bedding was explained to us . This then made it so much easier to focus on the range in which we were interested Tim dealt with us ,he was patient and understanding ,did not rush us in any way at all The cup of coffee was also much appreciated Toilet facilities were spotless My husband currently has broken vertebra and did not look forward to the planned trip but because of the way in which we were treated it turned out well Thank you Tim and Dreams

The quality of the product and being reasonable priced. and friendly staff

The sales person, Tim, was polite and friendly, even offering us tea or coffee as soon as we arrived. He listened to us explain what we were looking for and then he asked relevant questions. After this, he showed us various mattresses (only those which met our needs and were within our price range) and explained how they were made up. After that he let us take as much time as we needed to try out the mattresses and decided which would suit us best. He didn't pressure us in any way but was always around to answer further questions. Altogether a thoroughly satisfactory visit to Dreams; we look forward to taking delivery of our super kingsize mattress very soon and it is reassuring to know that we have plenty of time in which to exchange it should we encounter any problems with it.

Gemma, the assistant, was very friendly; knowledgeable and informative. She was very easy to chat to and she was not overbearing. After we had purchased our 2 different sized headboards we realised that the 6' one would not fit under our bedroom cupboards. We called Gemma who handled our query very professionally. After double checking with her colleagues we got verbal confirmation that we could cancel that part of the order shortly followed by email confirmation. We are very impressed with the overall service from Dreams.
