Dreams - Cambridge

Gemma explained the different mattresses to us and that any mattress can go with any bed. She wasn't pushy at all and as we were undecided she let us browse without any pressure. Whilst we were looking, our 3 1/2 yr old son was made very welcome by Gemmas colleague, letting him play with the cuddly display bear and keeping him occupied whilst we sorted our order. (Massive help! Thank you!)

Greeting very pleasant. Showed me what I was after and didnt push. Dealt with all my needs when I asked and the whole experience was not drawn out.

The sales assistant, Gemma, was very friendly and clearly knew about the products but she also appeared to care about whether we were getting the right products for us.

We were given time to make our initial selection by ourselves without pressure from the staff. When we were ready to make our purchase, the salesperson, Gemma, was extremely helpful and informative.

We really were quite bamboozled with the different types of beds and mattresses now available. Tim helped us find the right mattress with the bed frame that we liked.

The service that was offered was very good and made the decision to buy the bed from dreams really easy, would recommend to a friend.

The help and patience from the guy in store was great - he let me take my time making a big decision, even made me coffee.
