Frendly, helpful, good product knowledge, no pressure

I had no problem whatsoever with the purchase of the item as my son had made sure that the item was in stock. I just went to collect it. The sale person very kindly carried it to my car.

Both the staff members where very helpful.

Gemma the dreams representative was very friendly, polite and knew her job.

The store is clean, well arranged and the products easy to identify and move amongst. The staff were helpful, going out of their way to check availability and prices, as well as suggesting options.

Tim was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me, as this was the first time I had bought a brand new mattress. Very helpful and courteous

We visited the Coldhams Lane store in Cambridge with our 2 young children. We didn't plan on purchasing a bed that day, but did know we were seriously looking. My husband had gone in before myself and had been helped by a lovely lady called Gemma. I joined him after he had been advised on some beds. I have some medical problems which were compassionately considered during our visit. we were a little undecided and ended up looking at T. v beds. We were offered drinks whilst there and treated like a normal family (unlike some places who cant stand kids!!) Gemma was great, had a good hat and explained our options and couldn't have done more for us .
