Gemma was very helpful , Not pushy or overpowering , answered all our questions and let us browse at our leisure .

Only popped in to browse and was met (not straight away which was good) but as I was wondering looking confused. Explained our predicament and what we were after and was shown different options and offers available. We had decided on an ottoman style bed to ease storage issues on offer for around £600 and was informed of a different colour available which was on a different style bed but would give us an idea of the actual colour. This bed happened to be a TV bed , we preferred the colour of the £600 bed and happened to mention how nice they were and a shame there's no storage to which we were shown an ottoman style TV bed . I didn't have to look at the wife to know we had changed our minds ! The assistant played a loop of your advert whilst my wife our 2 kids and myself were left alone for a moment, upon her return we agreed on an ottoman style TV bed with upgraded smart TV and 2 matching side units .

The customer service time was exceptionally good ,offered tea and coffee his name was tim very friendly but professional ,listened to our needs thankyou for explaining the quality of different products will highly recommend,delivery time was great also hopefully plenty of dreams to come ,thankyou Keith and Chris from Suffolk

Gemma was very friendly, knowledgeable and a great sales adviser. We came into the shop to just look and left with "half the shop", she made our purchase smooth and a pleasure. We will definately be recommending Dreams to our friends and family.

The friendliness of assistant made the choosing of bed/mattress a lot easier.
