Everyone was so helpful and friendly and they did everything they could to give me a good deal. It was all very pleasant and I enjoyed the pleasant banter. It was easy spending the amount of money that I did spend!

I quickly received assistance when I arrived in store. They clearly explained different option to help me find the bet choice for me. They were very kind and patient with my decisions. Plus the store was very clean and very well layed out.

Gemma May who walked my wife and I through our mattress purchase was everything we needed to help us out. It is my view that you should extract her DNA and inject it into all that start with your retail operation.

The store assistant took time to understand what we were looking for and offered solutions which he thought would help. We went into the store looking at one mattress and came out with something we would never have considered
