the help we recieved was brilliant, as not really knowing what mattress we needed for our circumstances, every thing was explained to us so we understood the differences, we were not rushed at all or pressurized

Easy to choose, assistant instantly on hand and he had a sense of humour so it was a relaxed experience

The sales assistant was very helpful and gave very friendly and clear advice on which mattress to choose and made the experience very fun and enjoyable.

Staff in store were helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Delivery drivers were friendly and helpful and either took off their shoes or wore shoe covers when entering my home.

From Carl in-store in Cambridge to Dave R and Ben who have just delivered the bed, we found the staff so friendly, professional and positive, a real breath of fresh air when I know from personal experience that customer service can be very tough. Really hard work put in by Dave R and Ben, one of your heaviest beds, apparently, but smiles & good cheer all the way. Makes such a difference. I was very satisfied with the help and advice.

We knew which 2 mattresses we wanted from the website. The assistant was very helpful and as soon as it was realized the lead time was too late he showed us a very suitable alternative. One thing we were uncomfortable about was that 2 other customers were having their credit details openly discussed at the tills (we were paying by card ) for everyone to hear. This wasn't the assistants fault but the design of the store (Cambridge) as there appeared to be no private office space.

Ruwi at your Cambridge store was extremely attentive and friendly. He got us the deal we were looking for and paid attention to our two young children too. A credit to your company.
