I was very pleased with the assistance I was given and the helpfulness of the assistant also the freindlinesss.

Given the space and time to look at options without pressure. When I needed assistance it was quickly available, relaxed, focused and efficient.

The sales assistant was knowledgeable, patient and friendly

Gemma assisted us, and was very personable, down to earth and understanding. There was a delay in the banking system accepting our details, but Gemma handled it very well and kept us informed, whilst also offering us refreshments and further information. The manager (who was also extremely pleasant) suggested that we finish our other shopping in the area to save us waiting any longer, so we popped to do our food shopping and returned when the store called us to confirm the banking was complete. Gemma's shift was due to finish at 2pm, but when we returned at 3pm she was still there, as she had waited for us. I believe that Gemma is a new employee who is currently still working her probation period. This didn't show at all, but what did show, is that Gemma is a dedicated member of staff who has the perfect personality and 'can do' attitude for retail work. As a person with a background in retail management and consultancy, I can say that she is the sort of staff member that I would love to have on my team. I would be grateful if you could feed this back to acknowledge my thanks and compliments.

We liked to be able to walk around the store looking at beds without being pestered by the staff.When we needed help Tim was very knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy.He even looked up a bed which my son had bought back in July so we could compare! All in all very pleased and can't wait to get our bed!

Friendly staff -- got the products I wanted

Our experience was very enjoyable. We had an idea of what we wanted so when we asked about our needs the staff were very helpful, they weren't pushy or trying to over sell more expensive products. We went in looking for a mattress and a bed and because of the staff helping us we also brought pillows, a blanket and a sheet. Our staff member made our experience very relaxing, socialising with us while we were waiting for our oder to be completed. We were very impressed and very happy with our experience and would happily recommend this store to our friends.

Although we pretty much knew what we wanted, the salesperson was very helpful, and the purchase very easy, with a delivery date to suit us. Altogether fine, if bed as good when it arrive a near perfect shopping experience

always satisfied with the service provided only disappointment is the assistant manager we have have always dealt with is going to new pastures

Tim was great...he knew what he was talking about and was friendly and nothing was to much trouble.
